In my capacity as General Manager, and supported by our extensive links to reputable refineries and titleholders, we act as an exclusive mandate sourcing qualified buyers on behalf of the refinery/titleholder. Accordingly, I am pleased to formally present a verified trial transaction for EN 590 Diesel (10ppm), available for immediate lifting.

Transferable vessels are currently in position, with re-routing available for qualified Buyers, subject to mutual commercial agreement and logistical feasibility.

Due Diligence & Procedural Next Steps

• Proof of Product (POP) and refinery allocation documentation are available upon formal request for due diligence

• NCNDA and IMFPA may be executed to formalize engagement and protect intermediary interests

• Commercial terms, payment procedures, and logistics to be reviewed and agreed mutually
